1. decreasing of steel price in china (before PH)
2. worry about extra supply from alliance steel (before PH)
3. worry about cancellation of project (after PH)

1. steel price already recover back

3. the possible cancellation is only ECRL (but the extra project will be penang LRT and penang undersea tunnel)
