if you read the report, lionind only pay the electricity dept of 8.5 millions equivalent to 2 cents and total 35.8 millions electrical bil.

This is a very good deal to start a factory by only paying the essential items.

This stock rebound because of LRT3 resume back. In short term the steel company will shoot up.
Currently Annjoo trade at PE 4.5 with healthy balance sheet.
