My intention to post this article here is to inform valued readers here not to panic. The intention for OLH to do this merger in current situation is to collect more PJDev share once every one is panic. There is a value for PJDev share. NTA is 2.54, PER is 3.38, EV/EBIT is 3.35. It is cheap and undervalued. How to accept the offer of 1.60.
I feel better after I post this article, I do not have a bad intention, at least I care for my valued readers here not to be cheated. I had provided all factual information for them to make a good decision.

in the 90s, so many brokers r bigger than osk. but OLH has the forsight to paid former bursa chairman to be osk chairman. and push for branches and Investment banks license and get to where he is today.

what happen to TA? and all others much bigger one? they were acquired.

i had many deals with him and he pick up call immedietely and always in office monitoring stock prices.

i beg to differ. OLH is the shrewdest stockbroker i ever dealt with. i have many dealing with him in the 90s. when osk was just a medium size broker. he handled n involved in all major deals hands on. i have made it a point not to touch anything OLH/OSK since.




Today, OSK launched take over offers for OSK Property and PJ Development principally via issuance of new OSK shares.



After studying the proposals, it suddenly dawned on me that Ong Leung Huat is the biggest loser of the scheme (and he apparently is not aware of that)



I believed the scheme was cooked up in a haste without giving proper thoughts on the actual implication on Ong Leung Huat's financial interest (Probably as a knee jerk reaction to recent market downturn which they thought provides a window of opportunity to create a smart deal to benefit Ong Leung Huat)



Whoever that conceptualize the deal should be fired by Ong Leung Huat. The old man has been badly advised.



I am ready to back up my argument with facts and figures. Unfortunately I have an early flight to catch tomorrow. So you all need to wait for probably another day before I come up with a proper write up.

It just a tactic for OLH to buy cheap. Is a very good buy if it drop tomorrow. I am confident it will up very high in near term. I am ready RM 3 Mil to buy PJD-WC and RM 2 Mil to buy PJD if it drop tomorrow.

if you look at 5 yr chart, Dow was just at normal adjustment...it depends on whether you are looking at big picture or just monthly chart.

thats the reason ppls cut. as it sink sooner n later everyone will cut. and owner will buy back at super low price

Omg I'm speechless... ok admit that if it goes down to 1.80 very possible now., I still believe INARI has a bright future.

I will get some more at 1.80 if this is the case maybe small portion though around 2-3k unit.

This is a clear-cut bear but donno for how long.

Economy fundamental is very good. Hope its a short bear.

with oil price keep dropping, malaysia credit rating may be downgraded.

think abt that. a few major oil n gas like skpetrol will have its debt downgraded as well.


the wildcard here is oil price, if oil price no rebound. all hell broke loose. all funds pull out from bursa leaving epf.

correct, in the big bear mkt in bursa. no stocks can be spared. its only a matter of time they melt. all stories like gst la, fuel sub and bla bla, is totally useless.

the selling is indiscriminate. after that, many ppls stuck and mkt has no money to move.
