2. KYY selling out under margin calls.
3. Factors gave rise to recent run up for past 6 months all gone, in reverse gear some more.
4. Many bought Dayang with the view to be passengers taking 'free ride' on KYY factor, only to press on break and cut loss at all cost.
5. Market is very bearish with US-China trade war escalating everyday.
6. Excess free float take few months to normalize.

One of the risk for power plant is construction delay.. now that we know its 90% now.. and the partner is CPECC.. they have the record of early completion 6 months ahead schedule..

Jaks is in contruction sector now, also consider cyclical play... but its Hai Duong power plant is a different case.. It can generate a constant cash flow for the company after the COD..

CEO stated they will be focusing more on the power plant..

One year ago usd 75, now 45.55..

Attarat power company PPA is 30 years with option to 40 years.. i also saw IRR 19%. But that is shale oil fired, now oil price went up, does it means the IRR will drop too?

On the other hand, jaks is coal thermal fired.. now coal price drop.. irr might increase?

If you want to wait for more clarity then no one force you to buy now as you can wait till end of this year to know exactly how much profit and dividend distribution from Hai Duong power plant. And if you are still not convince than you can wait until JAKS declared dividend to the shareholders before you buy in JAKS. This is free world and you are free to make you own choices.
