Reference is made to the Company’s announcements on 15 March 2021 and 20 August 2021 in
relation to the development of 50 MW solar photovoltaic plant in the state of Pahang, Malaysia by
PKNP KPower Suria Sdn. Bhd. (“PKSSB”), a subsidiary of KPower.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of KPower (“Board”), the Company wishes to announce that the
Energy Commission Malaysia had vide their letter dated 8 August 2022, considered granting PKSSB
the following extension of time (“EOT”):
(a) EOT for the final closing date from 30 June 2022 to 30 September 2022;
(b) EOT for the schedule commercial operation date from 30 September 2023 to 31 December
2023; and
(c) EOT for the tenure of the power purchase agreement (“PPA”) from 21 years to 25 years.

Q2 likely positive.. at least 10% of the KLIA project should be in the pocket if already signed the agreement. At least 10mil should be in this QR and 30% of MYR118mil equivalent approx MYR35mil+ should be in year 2022 if they work efficiently...
