绿驰通讯创办人潘振祥在去年七月重掌帅印，重新担任集团董事经理兼首席执行员。并在回归后的两个月接受《投资致富》专访时表示，将会把公司的重点发展放在金融科技（Fintech），人工智能（AI）等高科技技术。势必把绿驰通讯打造成东南亚数一数二的数码金融机构。

首先，腾讯早在2014年牵头发起设立微众银行，是如今中国领先的互联网银行。并在胡润研究院发布的《2019胡润中国500强民营企业》中，以市值1500亿元位列第36位。作为中国国内首家开业的互联网民营银行，微众银行的特点是其既无营业网点，也无营业柜台，更无需财产担保，而是通过人脸识别技术和大数据信用评级发放贷款。
其二，e-KYC或电子确认客户身分程序，是金融科技的基本模块。任何数字银行或电子程序都必须靠它来完成新客户的验证。所以这项合作对绿驰通讯投标大马数字银行签证来说是一支强力针。
就在今年二月，绿驰通讯（Green Packet Bhd）表示，其独资子公司Kiplepay私人有限公司获得国家银行批准，成为我国首个提供白色标签电子钱包（white-label e-Wallet）解决方案的金融科技公司。当中，最受瞩目的为国油气体（Petronas Gas Bhd）旗下的Setel和另一家还未公布的油站连锁店。

为大学提供服务
此外，绿驰通讯已经为国内其中两所最大型的大学提供支付网关和电子钱包服务。此方案也已签订另外5间大学，并在积极推行中，进一步巩固绿驰通讯在大马公共高教机构和大学生的市场。绿驰通讯另一个优势是和大马回教银行（Bank Islam Malaysia Bhd）签署了为期两年的谅解备忘录（MoU）。进一步打开了大马许多公共教育机构和B40低收入阶层的市场，通过各个州级福利计划资助有需要的人。
该公司也在近期宣布与大马小贩小商协会联盟合作推出了“线上斋戒月市集数码摊位计划”，借助KiplePay电子钱包进行无现金交易。让后者旗下约2万名会员及本地商贩在疫情流行期间可以在线上继续做生意。

马来西亚仍未拥有数码银行执照，但国家银行早前已经把一份数码银行运作框架的草稿分发给国内业者要求意见回馈，虽然因为冠病疫情的影响而把截止日期延迟到6月份，预计还是能于2020下半年正式发布这套框架。
归根究底，国家银行寻求的是金融包容性，特别是乐意看到有非银行业者瞄准一个小众利基市场，并且有能力提供可负担的金融服务予目前财务需求未得到满足的潜在客户。
有能力支援大众化金融服务
不像其他电子钱包业者针对的是广泛民众，绿驰通讯从起步就已朝向利基市场。KiplePay电子钱包采取B2B2C（business to business to consumer）网络购物商业模式，主要服务大学生态系统及社群。这项支付系统是专为在校园内或大学城里营业的商家而设计，同时附加其他适合大学生态的订制功能例如：派送穆斯林zakat、学生数码身份证、租用校园设施、通告信息等等。
潘振祥总结道：“要争取数码银行，和其他财团战略合作是一大关键！这样我们能引进多领域的专才、资源与客户关系。目前，绿驰通讯已经和国内外的财团接洽，并且正在物色最适合的对像。”

Nylex said it has been classified an affected listed issuer under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, as it has ceased all of its business and entire operations.

“As such, the proposals will form part of the regularisation plan to be undertaken by Nylex to regularise its affected listed issuer status. The regularisation plan will result in a significant change in the business direction or policy of Nylex and is subject to the approval of the Securities Commission Malaysia,” it added.

This was mainly due to impairment of assets in an associate company, PT Rimba Tripa amount to RM3.7 Million.

Our 3rd production line construction is expected to be ready by end of March 2022. The 3rd production capability especially in production of thicker acrylic sheets and to achieve greater cost efficiency. Globally, moving forward to endermic stage, the labour and logistic issue will be greatly improved.
The Management is confident that, there will still be strong growth after this pandemic period.

When the QR come out ? tomorrow?
