This type of leech major shareholders will use all methods to dilute minorities shareholders...first they will come out with rights issues ( even though it's debt free and company have plenty of borrowing power ), then they have SIS....later they will have private placement at low price. So even the company make hugh profit, minorities will not benefit as their shares are diluted. As long as they dun declare dividend, it's useless.
