ndkrisnan...the SIS has not been approved yet...EGM only on 28th May. The determining price is when they want to exercise the option where the last 5 preceeding day price will be a factor. These price can easily be manipulated. Since these options comes with a 10% discount, it's a double whammy for minorities if it is abuse.

As long as the leech director got control of the warrants, he can play with the price as he likes. i believe warrant price at 21 cts will be a strong buy. Once the leech director have lesser warrants, i believe there is a good chance the mother will be maintain at higher prices.

If Syed Ali can get the chairman of BAT Salim Fateh to channel some of the business to Bright, there will be a lot of bright days for Bright. Hope the relationship is a productive one. As for the SIS, it is unlikely to benefit the minority shareholders in view of the leech major shareholder. They told us the right issues was also to benefit shareholders for their loyalty when having the right issues but looking at the current price it only benefit Ricky as he manage to dilute other shareholders. This SIS is likely going to further dilute the minority shareholders just like the right issue and for all you know the employees given the SIS may be proxy acting to buy these shares on his behalf.

Personally i had mixed feeling about Ricky and gang but operationally, i think we are on the right track. Syed Ali, with his connections may help to bring in more business to Bright and as "Bright" mentioned some of his companies like Redtone, UMZA are doing quite well. Most of the key management staff has been retained by Ricky except those aligned to Demi Maju..so even though it is a hostile takeover, management is not really affected..in fact it is reinforced. I hope the new proposal for shares to be issued to Directors etc will not be at the detriment to minorities as Ricky had a habit of manipulating ( suppressing ) the share price to his advantage.

I think any price below 70 sen shd be a good price to buy. Buy and keep as this stock hasn't run up yet unlike many others. Besides it has a strong balance sheet with good quality assets in a recession proof industry and its clients are mainly multinationals. If all ikan bilis start to buy, i think the leech major shareholder will start to worry even though he may have cornered the warrants. Anybody buying this counter must be prepared for volatility but if you are a strong hand, there is nothin to worry.
