DK66 Lengui, Jaks' futures doesn't depend on kyy, regardless of whether he buys or sells. He is not GOD, can't determine or manipulate jaks' fortune.

I m surprised by the persistency of the naysayers, determined to talk down this stock. It seems more like personal attack against KYY eager to see the him punished for calling others stupid. But keeps bringing up common risk factors which exist in every business and make them sound like bound to happen tomorrow, is undermining the intelligence of the investors here. Everyone here is well aware of investment risks, but are more eager to find out the prospects of the power plant. Investors here appreciate credible information on why the power plant, being so huge, can't make big money.

We are not sure whether JAKS can make money from powerplant after 2020... but we are very sure that JAKS can only deliver the poor results before that...

Actually many of you think wrongly about kyy.. He actually never shout buy and then sell secretly.. He is not that bad though... But his pattern is that he will sell secretly without inform you guys and usually delay its obligation to make announcement to bursa, if he sell now then last week then he will announce somewhere around march to april and apologize to bursa

In fact.. he is can only sell it slowly.. cause there is no possible taker for such a huge amount of share.. no investment fund or retirement are interested on this share due to no dividend record and uncertain future.. if he is serious selling.. maybe the share price will dip below 0.85 (half of now)

Jaks got points to defend itself... 50mil can be a long case to settle.... the value of the initial deal had up trpple... and when the case finish, the value of the undeveloped land will further up another 200% to 300%...
