The coming Sept financial report shall be favourable n better than the last qtr of Revenue 8+ millions. the price will pick up soon the result more or less confirmed. Now is more of consolidation n accumulation phase b4 any drastic movement. Hope the rise can be of measure to Elsoft....

ex div on 14/8 , the co is in PN 16 status unless bought over a new co to maintain listing .
if not it will be taken out of listing as in PN 16
balance asset n cash reserves is not enough to buy over a co unless private placement of shares or giving out rts to shareholders to subscribe which means shareholders need to pump in more money after getting the div .
We should decide to take div or let go one off at the present price, the decision is solely yours .
The price may dip more than what the div received after ex n more so if rights r out to get more money fr shareholders .
The best policy is money in our pockets r safer than money in others pockets.

Looking back from 40+cts to 120 is phenomenal. It has gone up more than 300% since 2013 , so every year is a 100 % up which is considered exceptionally good. Is the stock still fairy valued or overpriced? I think only time can tell.

The downside is unpredicted

Substantial shareholder Creed has sold its stake fr 6.88% to 5.26%,meaning to say the confidence has eroded by selling in millions of shares at such a low price. This is something v interesting coz majority of punters r buying hoping for the rebound which never come.in fact, it is going lower with coming days. Now buying n selling has turned out to be in risks where the loss is greater when u r holding. No one knows how the trend may turn out except the tawkey can come out something assuring but so far none. Best advise is forget about this stock n move forward.

After the refund , the price of the stock is only 30+ CTS...considered worthwhile to go along the ride ....

even fgv is facing labour shortage n its loss per day isRM 2 million ....what about other plantation cos , though facing the same problems but chose to keep mum....In fact labour shortage is a very grave problem n Malaysia is loosing out due to the labour problems . Most SMi r losing patience n contemplating operating in other country not facing the labour problems..

as being reported in the press , Rev is in talk with catcha in klic business to keep afloat it s listing or buying over tech business co to keep listed . No ending yet for Rev n business is as usual. keep the ride on....
