When it was trading rm 2.20 , a lot of -vet comments to discredit it . Ironically when it moves up we can see lots of praises.... this is real human factor . This one is a real fundamentally strong stock , u can see the chart it has transformed like it is today. It was n is moving a straight way up the ladder . Only those who r displined supporters can achieve that,

Trump factor will not fade away soon ,most likely it will trigger another stock tsunami v eminent from now to 2018 as the cycle getting closer each day. Advisable to reduce stock holdings n preserve cash.

It was trading 1.30-1.40 for quite a long time until the recent spike . With no positive news coming , possibility for the stock to move down the ladder is great compared with the gap up.

Even China taiko got no say in B M about the previous jv between IWH -CREC, advice already given but take no heed.....Do u still think taiko will continue support the B M agenda? Or they will ditch all the projects if all the propaganda r not in favour of them?

Overhanged stocks 475 mi for 2 days bull run will b too difficult to digest once fallen to its low...no point betting fir the up run unless u r going for long.

Many went in with the hope of making more money after the solid bull but sadly the bull was injured midway.

first resistance 1.7 follows by 1.62 ....if breach both then there will b more free fall follow suit. Coz both days tradable vol accounted for more than 475mi shares. Quite difficult to digest.

Those margin play have to unload coz no choice ......more downside possible.

Termination cannot be reversed sounded like a death knell

No more VOLUME as seen the latest trade . Previous trade was 201miilions n 275 millions but today is only 10% of 275 mi approx 27 mi . If no movement then it will b times to cut loss in t3n t4 n we may see more downside than upside. So my analysis will b more -vet than +ve. Just sharing....

T3n T4 r coming, so the chances r sellers outnumbered the buyers , price will move in -vet territory....

Solid stock n nothing to fear.....buy more!

A glimmer of hope for iwh-crec into the BM fold with the new entrants of Malton-Dalian Wanda-EPF into the picture. For sure equity will b seriously diluted from the original 60/40 to a much smaller participation possibly 10-20 percent . So the anticipated price appreciation will b much less possibly set a target of the 2/3 of the highest it may achieved . Just my personal assumption. Not a call to buy or to sell.

Rejuvenated after China insisted with our Malaysian premier that the old agreement signed with IWH-CREC in 2015 shall maintain for future . In addition MTR -CREC r in collaboration to bid for HSR between KL -Singapore for the lucrative 43B project. So far , nothing tangible out yet but more or less the percentage 60/40 may have some changes with the new entry of Wanda. These r my 2c understanding..... Not a call for buy or sell.

No way for Iwcity ~Crec to re instate into the fold , now they r looking for more established partnership preferably the biggest taiko on property development but sadly not really inked n cconfirmed but std mou signed where no obligations r confirmed.

unless the co is willing to pay div or else it will come to naught . U see what has happened to Latitude , no div n so the share dropped rock bottom . Another one is Keck Seng , poor div but reserved in Billion n the share plummeted to below 5. So do not expect garand div when the management is too stingy to share the fruits of success.
