property counters are more riskier than finance or plantation counters...looking at the recent ads received will tell the story more.

looking ahead , should it performs @50% capacity , it will be returning 2.5-3 folds in another 5 years given that the same management were to manage it . So we may expect RM 10.00 soon 2-3 years from now....Not a goring counter but really long , long term to realise the profits.

will rise after the ex-dividend @16% 17/7 as usual coz it s TP is 6.61 or higher....

mpay will have its days soon.!.....just be patience..... Once contract affirmed , its price will double coz targeted profit from 0.5 million to 5 million , an increase of at least 10 folds. likewise its share price. Now it is trading at a discounted rate coz nothing to show yet.

this is a very good counter , just keep for long term will be like another EPF saving...initially is a RM3-4 counter ......after a few years already RM 10 , then it will split and bonus, it will be back to RM3-4 counter again but your shares has multiplied or tripled ...if u bought 10 , it turned to 30 , 30 to 90 and it keep on swelling to greatness.

no more power to reach the plateau.....

how come suddenly no more buyers?

Beware of many stalled bulls for those who bought at the height after gap.... trend weaken....

buy after ex should be better coz much cheaper but for Aeon is a totally different case...

may someone help to explain whether the money due will be considered as money in company coffer or something else??? I think the majority would like to know whether the money is in the company or nothing exist yet?

do not go for gapping up shares , 1qtr good profit does not mean anything unless the co can perform from year to year which I think will be very difficult given the present scenario....

IFCAMSC is not a Bumi co.....so can forhet about the eTRS...

Maybe all the experts are wrong in their analysis even with all the supporting data available. I concurred with nallayak affirmation that either way the bubble is and was there which keep on growing and growing. It will swell bigger each time with the QE either from USA , EU or elsewhere. The final analysis is once it explodes , it will be many more casualties , more dead bodies to be carried away. Thus longer time to recuperate.
