i am an engineer from O&G.

I read the news posted by China JV company, it shown that the construction of the power plant is ahead of schedule which i strongly believe that it can complete even earlier than what is stated by JAKS in the quarter report with few reasons:

1)The DCS is already tested in October. DCS is basically a "heart" of a process plant, for operator to operate all the equipmets

2)They started to remove all the tower crane. In construction, crane is one of the highest spending area, which easily cost from 50K to 100K per week depend on the tonnage of the crane you using. With the crane removal, i believe they can save up a lot of money and should reflecting in coming Q report

3)The turbine installation, hydrotest had already DONE DONE and the next step will be turbine test run!! In my process plant, from my experience, once reach to the step of test run, it basically mean your plant is already 95% there to go into operation. The following link of the news also support what i am assuming is correct. They had started to warming up the furnace to produce the steam.

4) they also started to install the power plant external structure, eg wind screen dust screener etc.
