Why no disclosure from board of directors meeting regarding merger?

Maybe director is not ambitious to be rich. To them cukup makan from their salary enough. If Mr Choo doesn't own Vivo does he own other counter?

1. no major shareholders owning substantial quantity of warrants .. top 20 mostly individuals!!!
2. No director own any shares or warrants. One would think that directors would buy either mother share or warrants if directors think the coming has a good future . Why is it that Mr Choo who praised vivocom sky high don't even own one share?

I read AR and found EPF own 12.4 million shares. Anyone saw something else from AR? EPS 1.54 sen PE about 10 so not expensive.

I think UMW-OG minorities should reject the acquisition of ORKIM and Icon Offshore in order not to destroy more value of the company. As for UMW Holdings shareholder they should vote for de-merger to go through. Best combination. Win-Win for UMW Holdings and UMW-OG shareholders. But losers will be Icon Offshore shareholders.

Even PRA has gone up and PRGL still holding well at HKD 99 sen. Bursa a bit like a casino maybe unit trusts(Public Mutual?) never calculate their loss properly selling at lowest price in 10 years.

If read how KYY made his first million(buying HK cheap stock) probably those buying Parkson at current rock bottom price has similar chance?

They're still opening huge stores all over Asia, including Malaysia in Johor it will be the Paradigm Malls anchor tenant.

Is it risky? Sure thing. But this is a stock with limited downside and considerable upside, trading at some 0.27X to book value.
