Rio2814 actually I prefer Xinghe declare free warrant than dividend. Why? Warrant can fetch even 1-2 sen. Best eg is DBE warrant 2 sen meaning 50% return if give 1 for 1. How abt Xinghe money to spend for the issue? Should be less than give dividend.

We can call(contact) Xinghe auditor to suggest or call new chairman Ng Min Lin(if you know his contact no) since he is also big shareholder unlike the previous chairman Dr Sak Cheng Lum.

IB also like free warrant issue so they get some business and maybe help push up Xinghe? Anyway my opinion only because if give warrant I will dispose unlike some people who may think to convert.
