Morgan Stanley is from US. US interest rate <1%. So when they buy Media Prima coming 4 sen dividend already 3-4 times their interest rate.

UEM S right choice for Bandar Malaysia. They have the money to pay unlike IW City.

Better give to Vivocom. At least can build affordable houses which our PM always fight for urbanites.

Last Nov PM trip to China CPO manage to climb past RM 3000/tn. Will same effect(or at least up 10%) come from coming China trip?

Rev Asia making money what's wrong buying? Hopefully next few days Media QR will out and turn positive again.

IW City got China connection so is Vivocom but at 10% IW City price. If Warren Buffet say be greedy when others are fearful.

Why no Ayam Tua shouting here? Pasti tuju langit.

Eg Vivocom 15 sen why can make money?

It specifically mentioned the "parties mentioned" not just ANY parties i.e..they are in discussion with parties besides Dalian lor..Kakakaka

It seems Rev Asia not a good buy. Why not pay RM 105 million for 100% listed Rev Asia instead?

Not acquisition to be completed in Q3 2017? Why share price like today completed?

Can we reject Rev Asia takeover for overpricing? Poor Media management it seems.

Najib pls give BM to UEM S. This 1 sure support BN.

Since UEM S also land owner for Nusajaya(HSR last stop) make sense it also own HSR first stop so that HSR can start earlier.
