No matter what the sifu tells you, stay away from companies that employ a TONNES OF DEBTS and yet unable to consistently earn the ROA above the BLR. Using margin to buy into this type of companies doesn't make any BUSINESS SENSE at all. Other than that, no harm follow the sifu into the companies that meet his golden rule requirement.

Still fixated on Hengyuan? Why not let the margin account holders show their buying power first by carrying the price to new high. DRB - may also in China-linked theme, seems to have better percentage gain and value transacted that Hengyuan lately. Could you be kind enough to advise on the maximum target price of DRB for today? On undervaluation of a certain bank, maybe you should find out how many of your family members, friends and associates park their money, especially the portion meant for retirement, with the bank as FD. If you find that most of them, especially if you yourself don't park the money with the bank, then you may have got the answer why the market gives it low valuation.

Be careful if counters were purchased heavily with margin accounts. External shock, for example, the general election, which may cause the overall market to fall can result in margin calls and margin selling. If the margin accounts got no more buying limits, the price of shares purchased on margin may drop sharply.

OTB says - At a very conservative PER of 5, the target price is around 15.00 in February 2018. Then I wait for it to make new high above 8.68 before I jump in. Just want to see some buying commitments and to avoid catching falling knife. I don't have a deep pocket to keep averaging down. Learn from the sifu's teachings, but don't follow sifu blindly without considering your own objectives and constraints.

Remember, you are supposed to LEARN from super-investor, not BLINDLY FOLLOW the super-investor to buy shares that he/she bought, especially if the shares are not following his/her preached criteria or yardsticks. LEARN AND NEVER BLINDLY FOLLOW.

You can follow the super-investor but be very careful if the company is highly geared with debt.

$100,000 each. Winner takes all, end of 2017. And it would be better they can do it for charity purpose.
