so far so good that the tapering is well received and that recovery is evident now in Europe led by Germany!

i believe that modipalm technology will expire in two years. they are modifying the technology currently to continue to get tax breaks. have to watch out for that

their steady dividend is one of the mainstay of my decision to keep CBIP even it has gone up so much for me!

hi Frank, you must ask yourself what UOB kayhian meant when they said earning visibility! i think you should be adding more with its stable cashflow, good earnings and a NTA of 1.39

“Gadang has the potential to re-rate upwards, driven by strong earnings growth visibility and lucrative concessions that provide stable cashflow,” UOBKayHian said in its Oct 22 initiation report on the company.It initiated a “buy” call on the stock with a target price of RM1.50.

without looking at analysts report, i value CBIP at 3.77 currently. but i think price will stay sideways for now until CPO prices improves further! long term prospects are excellent as palm oil business is ever growing!

it took about 1+ year for price to jump about 80+ sens for me. if you looking at downside, i think 2.90 is ok, but hard to see it come unless a huge bearish trend suddenly appears!

very quiet in this front! good time to invest now! :)
