Most of your functions in your current app is more like one off usage at a time. You have to make it bind to lifestyle (individualized profiles) and enhance your app value.

Since you have rental yield tab, I am thinking could you make it personalized for each app user. May be free version can create up to 3 profiles. Each profile can store data:
1) Property type (Shop lot, landed residential, condo/apartment etc)
2) Property name and address
3) Purchase price, year
4) Property still on fincnacing? If yes, current monthly installment
5) Current tenure duration (from when to when), rental income, yearly maintenance fees incld sinking funds, current cukai taksiran
*Able to save tenant's info (name and contact) is extra bonus

This will be much more useful to keep track and be useful for investors as well as home owner too. Once your app get significant data, you can actually use big data to visualize and analyze the market trend etc. However, that is subjected to T&C of app users agreed to data sharing.
