For any Corporate Exercise , it will dilute its EPS = PE % greatly.
In order to maintain the P/E % , it has to prove himself r capable to increase its current Profit or coming Qtr Profit by 2x or 3x or 4x , depending the 1:1 or 1:2 or 1:3 ratio.

But it doesnt make sense and ,
so far it had never happen b4 in any Listed Co. in Bursa in the past.

According to accounting view, it shd wait for next 2 coming Qtr results :-
1) to justify the diluted effect % of EPS
2) to justify the profit growth % of the Co.
3) to justify the Director sincerity on managing the "Extra $" on so called "10 years Project + Plan"

Pls refer some Eg.
1) MFlour - Failed case - Robert Kuek Co.
2) Mitra - Failed case - Mr PM related Co.
3) Hua Yang- Successful case - MCA related Co.
4) Segi - Successful case - Dont know whos Co.

My Opinion,
AMedia director , Dato Wong SK , his sincerity is Qable.
He also the cloney of Mr PM, since year 2010 , Mr PM has designated this company to be awarded some project.

From its 1st Bonus Issue + FOC warrant , Dato WSK 2x his share capital , means 50% on his hand was FOC = Co. retained earning dried to almost Zero.

Now its 2nd Right Issue + FOC warrant , he wanto reap away the whole balance of retain earning to exactly Zero.

See how greedy he is ??
Trust me , Mr Cold Eye 100% doesnt like this kind of Co. as it :-

1) Director never sincere
2) Director too greedy by impose corp. exercise to dried up shareholder $
3) never paid dividend = subject to Bal.Amount in Retained Earning.

At last , I only will goreng again , when it reach <10c below.
Only buy in upon rise signal.
For sure , is not now.

有一些小意见。。。
你喜欢投机的心态：没有绝对是错的，只不过应该选择基本面较优异的股票，不止投机的成功率高一点，退还可以守。

打比方来说，就好像踢足球，首先必须封锁好自己的龙门（守），然后再伺机寻找机会把球踢进对方的龙门（攻）。

非要投机不可，那么心理战术和图表非常重要（抱歉，我也不会），如果你要学习的话，论坛里退隐很久的uncle chinchai绝对是最佳的学习对象，因为他太了解人性了。

最后，认为投机赚赚零用还可以，不过不能够致富

leecg兄，肃我直言，你根本就不是在投资。象你这样的人，在 bursa malaysia 大有人在。在股市混了十年还不知如何赚钱，你正如 warren buffett 说的poker 牌的＂水鱼＂。

KLCCP 是不错的公司不过价钱不是很便宜，因为它还有一大把的 RCUL，所以你要看的是 diluted eps， 不是eps。

hektar reit。reit 在国外非常受欢迎和成功，不过在大马它还有一段路要走。因为在大马 reit 是一些产业的拥有人把产业套现的工具罢了，不象国外一样的专业。

反而是 拥有 mid valley 的 Kasset 是这一类股中不错的选择。

On 28.12.2012 , the annourcement was declared the Wong SK Holding holding 30% of warrants.
The transaction type just indicate "Others".

This is the general practice of any new issuance of Share or Warrant.

on Last year 26.12.12
1) Bonuss Issue = Double the No. of share size as 1:1
2) FOC warrant = Dont know how to calculate the diluted effect.

Base on the Bonus Issue above, normally in accounting calculation , the Fund Manger will prolong the monitoring period for another 6 mths = next 2 more Qtr results , so that the Co. itself has to prove / convince the Fund Mgr that its profit growth are GREATER than the dilution effect.
