14-Aug was the highest volume of this week with price hit 2 months high @0.265, need time to consolidate. Good to see volume going down but still stay above 20d MA with a T today :D

Technically, upward trend still intact. Last round uptrend lasted 5 months from 0.205 to 0.285 (>30%). If this round uptrend can last long, probably need to hold for many weeks... :p

Wah....after 12:13pm today...suddenly someone was sapu-ing the shares ... is Datuk going crazy today AGAIN? :D

4th quarter result will be out in end of September, expect good number. Full year net profit estimate double of 2016...EPS will go up and hopefully dividend is more than 3c. :D

Have not looked at their Capex....hope the cost is well maintained and not too aggressively expand.

Datuk today purchased 9,126,800 shares, average @0.3807, total cost = RM3,474,572.76 .... Wow!! 3mil in a day just like that .... what he can see in this company and other cannot?

I think Datuk purposely don't want to revalue TAGB assets, at least for now .... If you compare the other Property/REIT company with similar value land bank owning and rental income, TAGB NTA is damn low ... not many people see this I guess.....

And TAGB biz model is a bit funny ... it is combination of REIT and Property Development ... if the model is successful, it will generate huge cash each year :p .... potential spin IPO of TAGBREIT :D

If not mistaken, all assets from the company were valued many-many years ago with stone age price :p .....

Today, with inflation multiples, commodities prices up .... wonder why Datuk don't want to revalue company assets like all other Property companies?? Want to keep NTA as low as possible??

Luckily they decided to sell the Aussie land and cash in, de-gear and bring down debt ratio ..

May be some Datuk relatives already knew coming quarter earning result :p

Wow! Scary ... sudden surge after 2.30pm today

Probably profit margin is around 20%? Which translate into > 100m net profit ?

The share floored at 0.225 in Nov2016, then started the engine and took 3 months climbed to 0.395 (75% increased) with better net profit announced.

Then it rested for 4 months profit taking and share price keep going down. Only recently in July restarted the engine climbed from 0.285 till now ..... if better net profit announced, can history repeat itself? :p Another 75% increased?

I guess this counter movement is too slow for some short term investor :p .... probably more suitable for value investor which need to hold for months ...

The MD said: "The firm’s bid for a Main Market listing will eventually open up its equity base to a new pool of investors who are more focused on the company’s fundamental growth as opposed to short term fluctuations in the market. "

This stock need to hold, not for short term trading.

If not mistaken, recall that this company Datin owner said the company will start practicing 30%-50% net profit distribution as Dividend .... who can confirm? If true and the net profit keep increading, then EPS will jump...really hope the share price dun go up so fast so that ppl can collect more..hehehe

If the deal really go thru, it will make the company very healthy ... too many CASH .... haha, they even upfront said it will not triggered PN17 as CASH Company just to preempt. After this, the most important thing how the company can reward shareholders :) and push up the share price ... lets see how it goes from here

@gcke, the short term GPMMA line is still not yet crossing over the long term one...other technical indicators though are lean toward bullish for now ... today buying rate as of now is just at 51%... small punt will do :)

it is on the uptrend now ... expect some profit taking in next few days.... and if it can stay on support above 0.94 then shud be able to break 1.00 soon

Hopefully the base of 0.325 is built now for coming uptrend, happy bargain guys!

It has just broken the technicall level of GPMMA with volume coming in, if it can sustain then uptrend is confirmed!! It might be speculated with very good quarter earning coming soon!
