They have a CEO who gambles, not running a business

The other stupid thing is that they place their funds into funds managers to invest which I am sure they are hit by the tidal wave hence another loss.
Yet they mentioned in need of cash for operations, well they have a strange way of conserving cash ....by wasting cash
