Let me share my opinion on this;
After the vaccine is taken out from the freezer, it need to be undergo a process call "thawing" before it could further inject into a person body.

Of course, with current information being shared with Pfizer, it doesn't have the convincing data to prove it really helps with the prevention of Covid-19.

Dear all, I know you all must be quite anxious with what has been happening since last week. It’s a consecutive days of selloff in extremely fierce momentum since prior bonus issue until today.

Many reasons are being speculated as to why this is happening such as Sabah Election, Vaccine, US election, moratorium ending, potential MCO lockdown reimposed for the country etc

I am sure you all noticed that this is broad based selloff not specific to a sector. In my honest view, I believe many penny stocks, overvalued tech stocks and stocks with unjustifiable valuation deserved to be punished but not Gloves stocks with strong record earnings quarters after quarters. You all have seen the quarterly results and you can compare with other sectors to determine whether Glove stocks is a viable investment or not. It is self explanatory with the numbers that Glove stocks are extremely cheap now.

Setting aside emotions is crucial especially during investing. The saying goes, one cannot be sentimental when investing. So let’s take a step back and ask ourselves, are we being objective with our investments. If we are, then we have nothing to worry.

I noticed some weird forum comments recently. I would like to put it on record that Gloves Stocks are not Heng Yuan, Jaks, or Sendai. Remember that. Glove stocks share price is justified with earnings and has committed orders for a minimum of 18 months at elevated ASP. Not pre-covid 19 level prices. It is another more 4 quarters of earnings / 12 months ahead with certainty. This is not even priced in yet whilst negativity of vaccine news has long been priced in the share price.

I believe this selloff is very much sentiment and news flows driven. But all my years of investing has proven time again and that fundamentals and common sense logic will prevail ultimately. If it’s about vaccine, stocks which are beneficiary of vaccines would shoot up, but it didn’t. If it’s thematic rotation, other sectors would not faced selloff. This is definitely local funds / institutions pulling the rag under investors feet. Once the support is gone, foreign funds are not buying coupled with retailers panic selling, naturally the market will fall across the board.

You have a choice whether to believe that my view is right or wrong. I do not recommend panic selling and definitely discourage emotional investing. The biggest mistake is to panic sell. As they say, buy when blood is on the street and that’s what I am doing.

Be objective, look at the numbers and be courageous when investing. Risk is part and parcel but do not be afraid to take a contrarian view if you know you are right.

Supermax Qr will be bombastic. My calculation shows it will be around 500-700m range. All the best to all the supermax holder here, we shall ride at 5pm

Yes, human trial phase 3 in starting in 1st July; but the vaccine only will be approved after a year (if it's successful).
Therefore, it will be made available a.k.a start production in 1st July FY2021.

im trying to understand all those sour plum who non-stop scaring ppl, what do they have in their mind? If one good person who wanted to warn ppl off, with his sincere advice, that person will probably only warn once or twice, coz if he said his word and ppl refuse to listen, he would walk away and wish you good luck. I got to agree with OTB comment above.

What i dont get it is that some people really think that the price could go way down RM3.
RM 3 is the capped margin given by bank to margin players.
This margin action by bank is to protect bank from suffering heavy losses if there is a burst from ppl "over-investing" their money into certain stock.

No reason to pull out if you did studies on the fundamental and the calculation/earning of Supermx.
Today morning is just to shake off those margin/contra players that is "borrowing cash" from bank to play in counters.

If you are a bank owner, you would like to control the amount that being borrowed out, and hope to get return as safe as possible.
Those players that are doing marginal trade is risky for them (bank), in case they couldn't pay back the amount they'd borrowed.
