Shell and Exxon owner and selling their producing fields especially when the reserves drop below 50 million barrel - so it is their policy to sell and invest in field with above 50 million reserves. With current oil price - they will sell these assets - furthermore these big companies overheads are very high as they have to many redundancies in their organisation.

Kuala Lumpur, 16 April 2015 : Hibiscus Petroleum Berhad (Hibiscus Petroleum) is pleased to announce that its jointly-controlled entity, Lime Petroleum Norway AS (Lime Norway) has executed an agreement with Lundin Norway AS1 (Lundin) to acquire a 30% interest in PL544. Lundin is the operator at PL544.
The parties in the license will be Lundin with 40%, Bayerngas Norge AS2 holding 30%, and Lime Norway owning the remaining 30%, after approval has been received from the relevant authority.
The license is located south of the Edvard Grieg field on the Utsira High in the North Sea, in water depth of around 100 metres. The Fosen prospect is under evaluation for possible drilling in 2015. The reservoir target is Upper/Middle Jurassic and the gross unrisked prospective resources is estimated at 192 million barrels of oil equivalent (mmboe) (Source: Lundin Corporate Presentation, March 2015)..

Dexeric - I believe the 125 million barrels is nett to Hibiscus - there is even a slide which shows that they are looking at 100 million reserves and producing 10,000 barrels per day by 2016. This year is all drilling and finding more oil.
