Due to the 100% foreign worker permit renewal, CIMB upgraded its TP from RM5.28 to RM7.80 before bonus issue. When the renewal business becomes lesser (50%, 30% or lower), I believe the TP will be adjusted accordingly to lower level as well. Therefore, Kenanga gives TP RM2.37. It is no longer 100% coverage.

RM2.37 may be possible. it had new high previously because it get 100%foreign worker permit renewal. If counter keeps open, the renewal for MYEG may become 50%, 30% or even lower. By so, this may affect the share price. Hope my assumption is wrong.

I believe this is the main reason why CIMB upgrade TP from 5.28 to 7.80. 100% monopoly market share. Not play play. Long tem stable profitable income.

CIMB comment:Our earlier forecast was only 15%-20% market share for MyEG’s PR in FY15-16. Myeg monopoly it now. it means Myeg is capturing 100% market share now. I load more.

CIMB gives new TP 7.80. As its previous TP few times back, normally its TP was about 1.20 higher than actual share price. So using 7.80-1.20 = 6.60. I believe MYEG can achieve 6.60. After ex-bonus, it shld be 3.30 This is my TP for it also

I am not hide. Must know when to cut loss. I didn't sell all, just sold some. Leave some cash in hand. When it drops further, then can buy back to leverage the cost.

I just cut loss & sold 70% of it. It broke below MA50-0.74 & MA20-0.73. Its next support is 0.62, followed by 0.52. Seems high chance direct to 0.62

The lowest it can go should be around 0.73. It has strong support by MA20 & MA50.

IFCAMSC (0023) : 競優國際第3季业绩亮眼 拟年底20%净利派息
