2.3.3 Ranking of the Bonus Share

The Bonus Shares shall, upon allotment and issue, rank pari passu in all

they shall not be entitled to any dividends, rights, allotment and/or other
distributions, which may be declared, made or paid to the Shareholders, the
entitlement date of which precedes the date of allotment of the Bonus Shares.

On 26 February 2014, the Board announced the Proposed Dividend. The
Proposed Dividend, if approved by the Shareholders at the forthcoming 39th
AGM, will be paid on 20 June 2014 to the Shareholders whose names appear
in the Record of Depositors of CMSB at the close of business on 6 June
2014.

The Board intends to fix the Entitlement Date on a date after 6 June 2014
(being the entitlement date for the Proposed Dividend) and accordingly the
Bonus Shares shall not be entitled to the Proposed Dividend

buy n hold till x-date lar. but the ex- will announce only after bursa approve. most proably will only be in July or August. CMSB propose in 26 Feb, Bursa approve 11-May & Ex-date on 6th June, and pay out by in 20th June. Thats 4 months story.

Makes sense, the original contract value supposed to be 1.2B but scaled down to only circa 980M. so the profit margin sure has been scaled to skin. Knowing MB Khalid, this is exactly what he would do. but the plus would be the Langat2 Phase 2. more profit is expected in that parcel.

nice to see the way u think. you believe DSonic expansion is done for somehow they know the contract is in the bag. very positive :) but i'm sure this MNA would have started long ago prior to the NRD contract dateline. so don't know they accelerated the MNA or is just happening at the right moment la.

I'd also like to see that the APCS purchase, a very smart move indeed, will sure help DS secure more contracts as now they should be able to bid with better pricing.

Now what we have?....A company with a good Business Model. A quite smart management, and a commitment for long term. so i think its geared for growth as it has always been.
