综合通运5亿售2中国物流公司

（吉隆坡29日讯）综合通运（ILB，5614，主板贸服股）宣布，以共9亿9800万人民幣（约5亿1930万令吉）脱售深圳综合信兴物流（ISH LOGISTICS）有限公司及河南综合物流（香港）有限公司的全数股权，予永发（Winfair）国际控股有限公司。

同时，综合通运考虑把脱售所得，另行作出策略性收购行动，或回退予股东。基於在上述脱售案后，该公司或將成为一间现金公司，面对停牌和除牌风险。无论如何，董事局表明，有意维持综合通运的上市地位。

综合通运是通过旗下香港综合物流有限公司，分別以8亿4300万令吉和1亿5500万令吉，脱售深圳综合信兴物流和河南综合物流，而买方永发国际控股则是成佳恒（C.J.H.）投资有限公司的独资子公司。

综合通运表示，基於中国的经营环境充满挑战性，营运与劳力成本升增，上述脱售行动是合时宜的，並且预料可获利1亿7800万令吉。

在完成脱售行动后，该公司可分发予股东的股本將从3亿5442万令吉，增至5亿2209万令吉，保留盈利则从7355万令吉，增至3亿1078万令吉，现金佔总资產比例將从7.84%走高至69.8%。

综合通运是在週四（27日）下午2时46分暂停交易，以作出上述宣布，停牌前价格为1.49令吉，並將在来週一（7月1日）恢復交易。

（吉隆坡26日訊）客凱易（CUSCAPI,0051,創業板科技組）看好今年海外業務貢獻將提昇至與本地業務相同的比重。
公司首席財務員劉國祥在股東大會後表示，目前正把業務版圖擴大至其它國家，以東南亞及中國市場為主。
鑒於龐大人口及強大消費能力帶動，他相當看好中國業務成長潛能，估計今年盈利貢獻將走高至25%，促使海外市場貢獻與大馬市場各佔50%比重。
目前，國內業務貢獻佔60%，海外市場佔40%，其中東南亞佔25%，中國佔15%。
他指出，公司自3年前進軍中國，皆錄得50至100%的成長率，展現強韌實力。
“儘管經濟環境不理想，但其國內生產總值（GDP）依然高於其它國家，相信在中國政府鼓勵人民消費推動內需的刺激之下，餐飲業將間接從中受益，有助公司業務成長。”
他認為，中國經濟放緩不會影響餐飲業，因為還有許多未開發市場，加上該國餐飲集團規模龐大，具潛能商機，不排除通過併購當地公司，提昇中國市場份額。
至於收購預算，他表示將從發附加股所籌得款項撥出2千萬令吉，作為收購或設立新公司的費用。
他預計，未來2年內將在中國、印度及中東開設2至3家辦事處，今年資本開銷為500萬令吉，主要用於研發經費，其它用途包括開設新辦事處及添購器材。
至於何時將轉主板，他透露已在今年2月提呈申請，目前與證券監督委員會跟進，預計2至3個月內有結果。
該公司於今年5月份才完成發附加股計劃，共籌獲2千960萬令吉資金。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡21日訊）在聯儲局將退市引發外資大逃亡之際，馬股上空今日再飄起“詭異交易”疑雲，多達8隻股在閉市對價（Matching）時段突然股價失控，其中5隻跌停、1隻漲停閉市，引發證券市場人士熱議。
有資深抽傭經紀認為，這似乎不是烏龍交易，並要求交易所徹查揪出背後元兇！
傳海外基金拋售
不過，也有市場消息稱，今日在對價時段壓低上述股項價格的背後賣主，實為一家海外基金。
消息向《星洲財經》透露，交易所握有所有市場交易紀錄，能追蹤上述股項在最後交易時段的買賣方，同時相信負責監督市場波動的交易所專員已察覺今日不尋常狀況，並且會繼續跟進。
相信交易所掌握情況
消息說：“交易所不會希望市場被人操縱，卻礙於作業準則而無法向投資者交代監察動向，由於事發突然，還是先給點時間讓交易所監督專員們進行內部工作吧。”
今日在閉市前最後一刻突然跌停板的股項共有5隻，分別是巴都加灣（BKAWAN,1899,主板種植組）重挫5令吉76仙或29.97%至13令吉36仙、嘉隆發展（TDM,2054,主板種植組）則潰跌1令吉24仙或29.95%、CB工業（CBIP,7076,主板工業產品組）挫82仙或29.82%至1令吉93仙、合成種植（H S P L A N T，5138，主板種植組）挫81仙或30%至1令吉89仙以及沿海工程（COASTAL,5071,主板工業產品組）跌62仙或29.52%至1令吉48仙。
此外，成功多多（BJTOTO,1562,主板貿服組）儘管未跌落下跌榜行列，卻也在收市時崩跌1令吉零1仙或23.99%，以3令吉20仙閉市。
6股蒸發52億
根據《星洲財經》粗略估計，上述6隻下跌股市值在最後時刻共蒸發52億令吉，佔馬股全天124億9千萬令吉市值萎縮額約40%此外，另兩隻同樣“異常”的股項還包括星報出版（STAR,6084,主板貿服組），閉市時突然大漲85仙或29.72%至3令吉71仙，以及JCY國際（JCY,5161,主板科技組）漲24仙或36.26%至90仙。
《星洲財經》嘗試向市場股票經紀打聽上述股項不尋常波動現象，惟經紀皆表示毫無頭緒，不清楚究竟是哪家證券行參與上述股項最後時段對價，惟深信這現象絕非“烏龍交易”那麼簡單。
拒絕讓身份曝光的抽傭經紀直言，上述股價波動情況確實非常詭異，不僅不相信是由烏龍交易引起，甚至懷疑可能是股價操縱案件。
“馬股對價時間有5分鐘，若是錯誤輸入大可迅速取消指令，而且有這麼多股項股價出現異常，還摻雜上升與下跌股，不太可能是烏龍交易或外資拋售，倒像是有人故意讓股價劇烈波動，惟也不清楚背後目的究竟為何。”
他強烈要求交易所對事件展開調查，給予投資大眾一個交代，因為事件已嚴重打擊投資者情緒，讓好不容易回歸的散戶信心再次動搖。
“持有相關股項的投資者無不感到驚慌，尤其是短線投資者，閉市對價是交易所為抑制股價操縱事件而設立的機制，而如今既然出現異常現象，交易所就必須找出背後禍源，若涉及操縱就必須嚴懲對付。”

valid but extremely unusual... Bursa shall disclose in details. Not that institutional client the only one dealing with those shares. Why the client dumped the stock in that manner???

Compared to QE issue that mass investors could track and stay prepared, such act had impacted more severe chaos and panic to the market. Bursa shall disclose which fund was involved and act necessarily to avoid such abnormality. Just imagine if you are holding the stocks.

Last few years Cuscapi has been strengthening its regional market reach especially China which is the most populated market for food n beverage business, besides Philippine, Indonesia etc . Now is its reaping period of such groundwork as well as further enhancing its expansion plan. One thing should be noted, though it's ACE stock, still had attracted foreign fund Halley Sicav holding its 6% shares.
