Many of here easily can get mislead by Ular Mak announcement. That why the nickname Ular Mak is so famous.
Got time please read again all the company announcement.
Ripcol = Chemor plant SSA. No SSA acquisition = no Ripcol.
AT until today PGSB and Chemor plant also not acquire why on earth they keep posting fake picture, fake fb, fake blog, fake newspaper article.
AT want to cancel the PGSB SSA that the reason create another shell company so that they still can ride the glove theme.
Read carefully word by word. AT will always make announcement that they can cancel it anytime and they will always put an excuse in the announcement for eg the Chemor plant which they can cancel it anytime if the leasehold property got no approved by Perak state.
This next ripcol= chemor plant story valid for another 3 month and it will back to square one again like the Pearl Glove story.
Imagine after 3 month AT find that the Perak state not approved then AT can make another excuse to cancel the SSA and make another announcement that they find another property to setup the glove and this time the new SSA of the new property will also be again another 3 month.
They always find a way to cancel current project and make new super announcement project to cover up.
This is like try to buy a leasehold bumi property when you know after so long negotiating you will not get the property.

Please no more another drama agreement.
Just announce SSA complete and Materialize it. This is taking so long and wasting so much time.
Do something quick and fast like buying AEMHB at Rm15.65 million. No agreement, no ink letter, no setup agreement, no letter of award agreement, no need egm, no need shareholder voting suddenly AT just bought Aemhb a useless precision engineering company at Rm15.65 million.
Pearl Glove no complete and keep making drama agreement.
People dont want agreement, mou, letter of award, and never materialize.
People after this so long want to hear something like :
1) Pearl Glove acquisition SSA Complete.
2) Chemor Property for setup glove SSA acquisition complete.
Pearl Glove market value is at Rm100 million but AT can get it a cheapest bargain price of only 22 million.
Not only cheap PG come with glove expertise, machinery, glove factory, international customer around the world, certification, experience worker, staff dealing with glove matter.
If AT think long term a Rm100 million PG if they tune a bit to medical glove it will became Rm200 million worth in future.
Setting up something from scratch is time wasting and money wasting.
Friday will be the next announcement on Pearl Glove acquisition SSA. Hope they materialize it.

Tan Sri want everybody to be very happy that why he give everyone second chance to get cheap now. Once Glove rally 2.0 this coming October everyone will smile big.
Many lose the chance to buy cheap but when got chance dont want buy.
I'm still holding TG bought at Rm4 and will never sell any until end of 2021. Now im adding more TG to my longterm portfolio and thank you to all retailer panic sell on afternoon haha. The same story keep happen again next year.
One day people will said imagine if i bought TG at Rm8.88 on September now it jump to the highest peak.

Something to wonder AT keep making so much drama but we the retailer later checking back progression after so long waiting to my surprise :
