MLAB got proposed consolidation 10 to 1 and rights issue with free warrants. Another corporate exercise by major shareholders to get richer themselves. Ikan bilis all eaten up.

Issued shares = 6366683754. Too heavy to move. Potential share consolidation exercise like NetX, Vivocom.

Someone said rakuten will issue nominee account to clients. Not so good coz our stocks in mcd will be controlled by rakuten. Any request for transfer or rights application must go thru rakuten.

Now should convert pa or not? Price dropping means less people converting.

Let the big shareholders like OKT collect more first, then only higher price can sustain.
