Serba's projects all awarded by funny companies. Yinson by big oil giants like Petrobras, Total, Petronas, etc.

Serba only started receiving these funny projects after they got listed, like 3 or 4 years ago. Yinson has a long track record.

For those that kept on lying about Bursa forcing Serba to appoint EY. Serba lied and you believe. Bursa only told Serba to appoint an Independent Auditor, not pick EY. It is Serba themselves that went and find EY and appoint them, nobody force Serba.

Stock price dont always go up, sometimes down and sometimes flat for a few years, you go look back at QL, PBB, UTDPLT and etc.... there are times when the price is flat for years and then it moves up.

I dont want dividend, if I want dividends, I know which counter to invest. I want them to use the money to either pay down the debt or go expand into new business. growth earnings is what I want. grow the company.
