At least you are in a strong enough position to challenge the management of JAKS and protect and speak up on behalf of yourself and the small down trodden investors like me from mismanagement . Can't understand how the management team in JAKS can allow its problem with STAR to fester for so long without managing the matter.

Just read Kyy' latest tale about UMNO BN and its cronies losing PERAK state to the Mahathir led opposition. To ensure that this happens , Kyy is donating rm 200,000 - for the opposition to win PERAK.

I don't disrespect 85 year olds - on the contrary i envy their humility in sharing their thoughts without fear or favour . But i note here that given the money involved with regards the donation to the mahathir led opposition and Kyy's investment in JAKS - it looks like he has greater confidence in JAK's performance then in Mahathir's opposition!!!

1. that this company is managed by conmen; or

2. like ryan7642 says , the company is in the " recovery stage " and is preparing for the post recovery period .

As for evidence with regards 1, the trail is quite long. And as for evidence with regards 2, i am not able to see it , unlike ryan7642.
