Don't fall trap by OLH..By announcing takeover @1.60 he is expecting price to stay or lower at this level so he can buy cheap.He know very well that minority shareholder will reject his offer and price to start jump again. Sorry for those who play contra or impatience coz u will be slaughterd by him
