Strange. Price so low. What's the reason for the continous SELLING ?

Managepay may experience further weakness after falling below the MYR00.22 level and, quite recently, the 200-day MAV line. Traders may exit their positions if the condition persists in the near term. Further support is anticipated at MYR0.19, followed by MYR0.175. The stock could turn sideways or rebound further if itrecovers above the MYR0.22 level. The bearish bias may be neutralised if it rebounds above MYR0.26.

Mpay PE raito of 70+. Stock is considered overvalued.

My guess is with story out that Iris got the contract, Mpay price will fall. It will have a slight rebound and later this stock will become quiet and inactive. People eventually forget about this stock.

That's the reality of life.

Forget this episode. No need to crack your brain to think and anaylise.

Be practical. Be wise. Move on.

There are much better profitable counters to invest in.

Mpay was 8 sen on 28/8/2013 according to Focus Malaysia.

Reached high of 38.5 sen in April 2014 due to high expectancy of getting this project. Now kaput.

At this basement price, now is the time to buy.

When most people are giving up hope, the share will come alive and move up !

KUALA LUMPUR: Mulpha International Bhd saw 40 million of its shares traded off-market on Thursday at an average price of 46 sen.

Stock market showed the shares accounted for a 1.7% stake based on its paid-up of 2.355 billion shares.

At midday, Mulpha was down 0.5 sen to 48.5 sen.

At 48.5 sen, Mulpha is trading at a price-to-earnings of 18.73 times.

Mulpha's core activities are real estate and property-related investment and also financial services with interest in Malaysia, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong and Australia.

Mountbatten Corporation is the largest shareholder with 520.82 million shares followed by Magic Unicorm Ltd, which owns 183.89 million units and Honest Opportunity Ltd 106 million units.

KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise Bhd and Mulpha International Bhd have formed a joint venture for three road projects in the vicinity of Iskandar Malaysia valued at RM107mil.

UEM Sunrise subsidiary Nusajaya Rise Sdn Bhd (NRSB) will own 59% stake in the venture while Mulpha International unit Leisure Farm Corp Sdn Bhd (LFC) will hold the balance stake. It is the developers’ first joint venture.

In a joint statement yesterday, the companies said they would build and upgrade roads in Gelang Patah and Gerbang Nusajaya.

UEM Sunrise executive director Datuk Izzaddin Idris said that under the original plan for the Gerbang Nusajaya development, NRSB was to construct and/or upgrade all roads in the vicinity of its development as a condition to obtain local government approvals for the development.

LFC, in the meantime, had obtained approvals from the local authority to build three interchange roads to better serve the needs of the Leisure Farm Resort community.

“However, in view of the proximity of NRSB’s interchange road to that of LFC’s, NRSB proposed to LFC that we enter into a collaboration agreement to carry out the construction of the common roads, so as to jointly meet the needs of our respective communities,” Izzaddin said.

Mulpha International executive chairman Lee Seng Huang said the collaboration was set to create a direct link from Gerbang Nusajaya and Leisure Farm Resort to the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link (Linkedua).

“For the many commuters in the vicinity of Gerbang Nusajaya and Leisure Farm Resort who travel to Singapore – this highway interchange project will significantly cut the travel time to and from Linkedua, from the current 15 minutes to just five minutes,” he said. “For owners and investors of real estate in the area as well as Leisure Farm, it will mean greater capital gains and value appreciation.”

“As a pioneer in Iskandar Malaysia, I recall that when Leisure Farm Resort was launched in 1991, the bungalow land was transacting at RM6 to RM9 per sq ft; today, the same lots are exchanging for 20 times that value, reaching almost RM200 per sq ft. With this new interchange, prices should continue to set new records,” Lee said. The projects are expected to be completed in phases by December 2018.

Why is it that a substantial shareholder like Honest Opportunity Ltd has been selling about 3 million Mulpha shares over the past 2 months at this depressed prices if the company is rock solid and has huge potential.

Surely by selling millions of shares, they as a substantial shareholder and insider are not dumb. They must know something which we are unaware of at this moment.

I am not saying there is any bad news coming up but it's better to be prudent and err on the side of caution.
