How about this, Superbull? I would love to know more about your perspective on this and learn more about how you invest. Shall we meet for a cup of coffee and conversation? Staying behind the keyboard won't help you proof any points. I believe a few fellow members would love to meet you for a chat. Where do you reside and which area would be convenient for you?

SuperBull if you sold Supermax and turned a profit I am happy for you so please leave the forum. There is literally no point in any of your comments at all. You are not welcomed here. I believe all of us here are well competent investors on our own and we see the risks and opportunities involved very clearly before making the choice to buy in regardless of the price. Personal attacks and insults are not welcomed and not appreciated. Thanks.

Also, if you are worried what superbullshit say will come true (e.g. TP1), look at the buyback price and quantity.. Look at the bid/ask ratio.. Look at the NAV/Share.. etc.etc.. TP1? Laugh? I'm the one laughing because it's not going to happen. If you are a true investors you won't get shaken by anything that comes out from superbullshit because numbers don't lie.

Frankly speaking, Supermax will not take off in the short term. Why I invest in supermx? Strong fundamental, one of the more growth potential glove counters. The price will likely stay stagnant at +-10% unless a super groundbreaking news that affects glove counters come up, or the company releases a record breaking financial result. So if you bought at 1.32 and you are not a long term investor, it is not likely going to grow a lot in the short term, so just sell. If you bought at a bit higher, you can wait till it breakeven, might take a couple of months, who knows? or you can sell and cut loss, invest in something else and earn it back. If you cannot think with certainty on what you should do with your investments, you really shouldn't be investing in equity. May I suggest you, mutual funds, or even safer, fixed deposits.

Joyvest, may I ask you what is your investment portfolio? What is your end-goal? What is your risk profile? And most importantly, what is your investment experience and how old are you?

Superbull, I really have no idea where you get your basis from to determine whether one's report is rubbish. The report is backed with actual data and analysis. Supermax's value, performance and opportunities are back with actual data and analysis. To me now you are just a background noise with no basis, just plainly trying to stir up something for whatever reason.
Bottom line, it is ok to criticize, but do it constructively. If you have a point you wish to prove, do it with proper basis, backings. Blindly barking like this, insulting others on a friendly platform will just make yourself look stupid and more unconvincing.

@joyvest, are you trying to be bull 2.0 or just being blatantly ignorant?

@Jiang Ng you have a point there which I totally agree. An expansion isn't to cater to the market as it is right now but towards the market over the span of the next couple of years. I believe huge corporations will not make a move to spend hundreds of millions expanding for a doubled or more capacity to compete in a non existence market.
To conclude, glove counters right now are more suitable for long term investors.

I think GenM will stay stagnant at this price range for awhile.

@Newplayer286,
From my speculations, yes. If you notice, every single glove manufacturer, Harta, Topglove, Supermx, Kossan are expanding their production. Not just one, but all. They must see a spike in consumption (or something else) for them to all rush into expansion.

Succession planning in place. A company in this scale wouldn't die just because the boss went to jail. A company has tens of advisors, including its senior management who makes most work happen. Who knows after the youngbloods take over, cultural shift speeds up and the company prospers more.
Also, Stanley is a political victim. Chances of him going to jail should be quite low. Even so, it wouldn't affect the value of the company. It might induce some superbullshits to stir up some fluctuation. But as I always say, long term investors will prosper.

Stock price fluctuations happens day to day. People panic sell, follow trend, etc will all cause fluctuation in stock price. However long term investors invests in value. How do you define value is up to you. But in my case I am not scared with Supermax. If daily fluctuations scares you, you should put your money in FD, not stock market.

Superbull might just be a genius who's constantly spreading rumors to lower the price so he can buy and earn more.

Msia is strategic location for construction materials as we are surrounded by developing countries and S'pore. Steel counters should be targeting regional market.
2019-12-18 09:26 | Report Abuse
Steel counters to rebound as O&G sector strengthen? Previous low on steel prices caused by poor consumption within Chinese industries therefore oversupply. Traders will probably see this opportunity to increase their stock holdings at lower price. Now that commodities price is improving, steel counters are to be watched. Other steel counters include AYS, HTVB.

Xia YiDao, that is true but also bear in mind that the bigger the company, the bigger the liabilities and risks. IMO genm sees a better potential in return as compared to Genting. Long term investors will prosper from genm

Omg joyvest please don't get influenced by Mr Bull, I think since the very beginning most of us already guided you through all the risks and opportunity with this stock. All the cards are laid on the table. You should be able to dictate yourself with all of these facts and figures. Read the news. Understand how stock market fluctuation works. Understand the global economy. Look at KLCI index. Edge finance daily 2020/1/10 pg 12. Read it. Relax. All is well. If you are scared, just sell and cut loss. Simple as that.
