MUCA has an authorised share capital of RM400,000.00 comprising 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each and the issued and paid-up share capital is RM2.00 comprising 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each.

Its intended principal activity is electronic commerce.

Share price will only move once the flushing process is done, from those impatient to those who are patient. TDM price has been stagnant for almost a year, many people lost hope. Contra players hard to make money for a slow and steady counter, only patient ones can reap the fruits

Lonaldo, if im not mistaken in the AR did mention about number of beds or the info can be googled by individual hospital, which is about 400 plus the new hospital(if i could recall correctly). Agree on the part you mentioned there is still along way. I have been holding TDM since 2013, and doing some trading on and off. I believe it has intact fundamental and good business prospect.

Lonaldo, healthcare arm will not be listed until they achieve a certain total number of beds in order to secure the right size to benefit from economy of scale. But their progress on expansion in the healthcare arm has been on track with little delay. As your previous comments on the company's dividend, TDM used to pay high dividend a few years ago prior to the share split, i guess the much lower dividend payout is due to expansion plans of the company in Kalimantan as well as the new hospitals. Just my 2 cents

It is not as what we would normally classify,i.e. low PE is good growth potential. For oil pal counters, historical low PE ratios indicate toppish earnings, which corresponds to the end of the bull cycle.
