Sklyte, u got ur points there. Why want to milk others if I can drink all of it. I believe HS is not an idiot, he would have dug the oil himself if he could. Problem is he couldn't. There are ample of advantages for him in becoming the single biggest shareholder in a PN 17 public listed company.

He may think that it takes time to list his markmore. Buying a cheap listed company like sumatec is the fastest way to own a listed company instead of joining other bigger oil and gas company which he won't be able to command.

He can raise fund from the shareholder by issuing right just like what he had done last year. By doing so, he can save millions from digging from own pocket to settle the company debts.

He is damn sure he can steer the company back on track cause he got an ace card in hand (Concession). He knows the downside risk is minimal but upside potential is bright since the share price now is damn cheap.

Lastly, HS is desperate to prove to the world that his comeback to corporate world this time is worthy as he put his bet and face on the line.
