But for Sumatec, i personally don't think it will giv divident within a year or two as they may need to accumulate cash to acquire asset and even if they do, i take the divident as extra bonus, still the amount of divident is little if u compare to the warrant increase percentage.

RIght issue is not an issue as it has just completed doing so. Well, bonus issue could be if the company's performance is damn fantastic.
