From the latest share purchase announcement TS LWC shareholding is 26.8% direct interest 8.5% indirect interest. Perhaps he can't continue buying company share which will breach listing regulations. I think of a conspiracy theory here. Some one offers USD7.5 to buy up all ADR in USA. So bankers are more than happy to sell all their ADR to that person or syndicate. In order to issue more ADR to sell, bankers have to collect more TG mother shares either from Sgx or Klse. So as long as ADR price can sustain at premium price over mother share price, and there are demand for ADR, bankers will continue collecting TG mother shares, earning through arbitrage. MCO day dream. Lol!
