I don't need his tips as most of his articles are talking only, nothing proved by facts & figures.

Also, I don't need his donation or scholarship.

Venturing into longkang business, now lost blood like hell. Sell 100k unit cars also no use.

2 questions:

What can we expect from Poh Huat after result from Lii Hen?
What can we expect from Poh Huat after result from Latitude?

If I say, Poh Huat can match Lii Hen, no worry => It's stupid
If I say, Poh Huat will be like Latitude => It's too pessimistic

While I will let profit at Lii Hen run, I will keep Poh Huat to see how it goes.

If the result is bad, I will sell, nothing to hide, it is investment, not making friend.

If the result is OK, or even better than previous quarter, then I will let it run.

In my opinion, there are few factors be taken into consideration:
1. Supply & demand of other substitute vegetable oils such as Soybean oil
2. Crude oil price (bio-diesel development)
3. Weather factors (El Nino & La Nina)
4. Minimum wage rate regime in Malaysia
5. Available work forces
6. Development on other palm oil producing countries
7. Economy conditions of palm oil targeted markets (China & Europe)

By comparing to Latitude, I don't how Lii Hen could do it. Unbelievable.

Both Aax and Genting QR quite disappointing!

Result is unexpected low, sigh....

I don't know yet on Poh Huat, I will try to work on it to see what the differences among them later.

I choose Lii Hen & Poh Huat because Latitude prefer to hold cash rather than giving out to reward shareholders all these years.

Now, Latitude is doing very bad, not only suffer huge exchange loss, but also received lower orders in the same quarter as per Lii Hen.

Lii Hen = 100%

That's the reason must have cut-loss strategy, big name also no use, all directors are blind.

The problem is when come to 50c, hope to get 40c. When reach 40c, may be can wait at 30c.......

One of the factor to boom AA & AAX was the strong RM up from RM4.40 to RM3.90 within a short period few weeks ago.

What if RM3.90 going back to RM4.13 now?

2. Strong Furniture & Home Furnishing Store Sales
3. Strong Retail Sales
4. Low Unemployment Rate

Think about these:
