If you don't mind to actually share how to derive that this GAB is borrowing money to pay dividend.. Izzit mention in the annual report? I try to check the cash flow of the company, but doesn't seem to tell anything.
Kindly share with me & the rest here how to identify this kind of situation which you also mention very unhealthy.

Ya, be contrarian....buy counters that nobody interested to buy, but I'm not interested to deal with Crook & dishonest people. All the money they already sapu before the IPO. e.g Pay huge dividend to shareholders before Westport listing and value the share so expensive and list it out to public. Worse of the worse, hiding the P3 story from public before the listing.
THESE IS ALL THE TRAIT OF DISHONEST, which I BELIEVE NOBODY LIKE.

Good quarterly result are unlikely to help either.
Only good dividend announcement will help to move the share price.
That is provided the dividend is consistent & maybe twice a year given to shareholders.

It's a wise thing to do, the penang government realised the importance to develop every district in Penang.
Otherwise too much concentration on one district or island only.
FYI, there is 3 district in penang mainland. Consist of SPU, SPT and SPS.
SPT district have Penang Bridge, and SPS have Penang bridge 2.
So it's only right that SPU too have the tunnel.
It's to make a balance of development in all district.

Of course there will always be some who disagree and agree. After all human should have their own opinion. But you have to look at the bigger picture.

It's true, now middle class can't even afford to own a single storey in urban area. I'm not talking abt luxury home, but just a decent home ya.

I feel it especially since the last 2-3years.
The middle class were paying the most taxes. Yet, it is the middle class who suffer the most....
The middle class can't ask for any subsidy nor can they escape from paying less tax.

Looks too risky now. Upside might be limited to around Rm2, that is what most retail investor hoping for.

Some of my friends is doing that. Don't they lose out as interest rate for housing loan is only around 4.4%?
Their argument is dont keep everything in one basket. And also to lower your debt.
