The selected investors in the Private Placement (91.6M shares) & Offer for sale (51M shares) have profit of 50% & they may sell now.

The new substantial shareholders or directors, ie the owners of original Instacom, have (510M – 51M = 459M) shares but they may start selling part of their shares only after 6 months since their shares are under moratorium for 6 months. So the price may drop even further after 6 months!

This share according to rockyleft is 1 sen for major shareholder cost. Why you all buy at 35 sen? To fatten his pockets? Hahaha.

Our friend here said they sold the shares because they need the money to spend for coming CNY so should not be considered as bad. At least not use Msports money.

So if look at the picture in the website Msports own 5 buildings? Does the 5 buildings worth RM 20 plus million Msports currently fetch? How about other assets eg machineries, inventories(shoes), cash and others?

Hopefully Erwin Selvarajah(no. 2 shareholder) will take note of Lin disposal. So if he buy another 7-8% he will takeover control of Msports since he never sell any of his shares.

Tom Merina Thomas bursa announcement of major shareholders(above 5% stake) disposal is almost same day. So other shareholders disposing is a real possibility for Msports to drop such low currently. Lin Huozhi still maintain his 16% stake before implement ESOS.

Don't cut loss cannotmeh? If this year Msports give free warrants how? Last year XDL reduce par value then give free warrants. So this year could be Msports turn.

Different people have different way of playing stocks. Some people bought Msports at high price at sold at 8 sen. Will these people make money? When Msports report profit they buy. When Msports report loss they sell at 8 sen.

Suffer RM 9.78 mil loss due to admin expenses RM 19.2 million compare to RM 5.3 million same quarter last year. Is admin expenses really actual expenses? Perhaps bonus provided very high due to increased sales. If next quarter company decide not pay to very high bonus the expenses can be reversed.

Cash flow actually increased from RM 302.6 million(Sep 2014) to RM 376.528(Sep 2015) million which show very solid company. Imagine our bank accounts money increased so much YOY.

RM 376.528 million cash compare to MC RM 50.6 million or 7 times.
