Property crash is imminent no matter what , though long term is good but do u know how long is long term ? Minimum 10-20 years cycle but how many may outlive the cycle? When it crashes , banks are the first one to repossess the houses not been able to service loans....jobs lost , unemployment , etc.... All will be in the drain...and the scene will be pathetic! This is real life , only the super rich may withstand the shocks.....


matter of time it crash to half-price for most property that is condo and office type. and the rebound would take at least 10 years.

in longterm, oil will stays at use 60 level, just like gold is at usd 1200 level.

both at their average break-even price plus 5%-10% profit. its normal profit in accounting sense for most industry. they have been enjoying abnormal profit /windfall for so long.
remember gold price was near usd2000?
just like palm oil, at almost rm3,000 early pf the year and now struggling above 2000.

breakeven for most oil palm? average rm1500.? so still room to fall.

outlook for anything from the ground is bleak.

I want to be honest and fair to others. Presently, I will call a buy on the following stocks :-

I will avoid Hevea because the debt is too high. I still keep hevea because my entry price is 0.94. I will cut loss if the closing price on any day is < 1.09. I will not add position on Hevea any more.

I did not ask people to sell. I told people to cut loss if the closing price < 1.09. I follow TA to cut loss.
My initial method of calculation did not include debt, strictly on growth and growth. 2.90 is derived from the lowest IV of 4 formulae.
My second method I learn from Kcchongnz on EV/EBIT, the reading is very bad. Hence I change my ranking on Hevea.

Dear Mr.OTB, in the first place, how did you derive into a TP of RM2.90? Is it from your trading system? Secondly, why you didn't see their high debts when you recommended other to buy? Third, why you didn't their cash profit and consistency in paying off their debts (RM25-RM30 Millions a year since 2009) when you recommended other to sell? It seems that you only follow the major shareholders's movement...so when they sell u sell? No more basing on TA or FA Analysis,instead, solely on goreng? They goreng u goreng?

Now trading at 0.16, premium of 7cent ( 77%).





are you sure the simple calculation that you done is the correct version?

is it possible the 667 put warrant is equivalent to 1 contract of future with a strike level of 1880. if that is the case, this call warrant may not be at 77% premium as you had calculated.
if that is the case, the contract is still having 62pts profit equivalent to rm3,100. therefore the intrinsic value for the put warrant now is 4.6c, the extra 11.4c the market is pricing in the 9 month duration of the Put. plus the recent volatilities. if so, it is trading at 247% premium to its intrinsic value.

at 1880 index, this put warrant is using 667 lot to gearing of 1 contract fkli worth 94,000 at the cost of 10,600. the time value of the put warrant need to be considered, it still has 9 months life.

if my method of calc is correct. if ci drop to 1500 during the period. the put is worth 19,000
thus the fv of the put would be 28.5c

if ci drop to 1200 during the period, the put warrant is worth 51c.

if ci drop to 1000, the put warrant is worth 66c.

any break out of ci above 1880 would destroy any intrinsic value, leaving on time value worth.

i have not seen the put warrant contract details. its just my uncommon sense. i may be wrong.
