RTO still on the cards
It has been many months since news broke of S5 Holdings’ RTO (reverse takeover) of Ancom Logistics Bhd (ALB).

On whether the exercise is still on, Syed Hafiz says, “Yes, we have been quiet for quite some time but it (the RTO) is still ongoing. We are at the tail end of it and we expect to put in the Bursa [Malaysia] submission for approval on the exercise by end-April, early May.”

Key point is rm3.20 is just an illustration price as pp price not yet fixed. Further more pp block can b placed out in a few tranches n at diff price to diff investors...Meaning pp can be placed at higher price when share price has gapped up NOT restricted at a fixed RM3.20 as many believed.

The final issue price per Placement Share shall be fixed at discount of not more than 5.0% based on the 5D-VWAP of Inari Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date. For each placement tranche, the Board will decide on the issue price, the identity of the placees and the number of Placement Shares to be allocated, which will be dependent on the then market prices and market conditions.

This contract wt 1st Solar Group secured bk in 2018 for 3years..

Back in 2018 PA secured a contract fr 1st Solar US, 1st Solar Msia & 1st Solar Vietnam. Contract is worth RM600mil & is for 3 years period . If we check PA annual report US mkt contributed 70% of PA total annual sales.
The contract by right has expired. Will PA be announcing contract renewal or new deal soon? Could the new deal be worth more than the RM600mil? Lets wait and find out
