I agree with you walau. If they are making losses for 2014, the share price should be down. But it is not, the company is also buying back and supporting at 47 sen. Furthermore, the loss is not a cash loss. Must understand a bit of accounting. Wait for the next quarter result to see if I am right. If I am wrong, you better stay away from this stock. But I afraid that if I am right, you will also stay away because by then the price would have gone up. :)

Calvin, let's move forward. Your question is suppose to be for the CEO or CFO to answer at the AGM. We don't have to convince anybody to buy BJCorp shares. Even the CEO is not doing that. This is just a forum for sharing and discussion. If anybody who don't believe in BJCorp, why are these people still around. Those who are negative on BJCorp has to be more specific and convincing instead of making general remarks or statements.

It came from the horse mouth ( CEO of BJCorp ) that BJCorp did not have any investment in MOLG. Let's not over stressed on this issue and move forward. Anyway this is a small thing. More important is that BJCorp will get the lottery project in Vietnam which has a high probability. Many other good things are in the pipe line. Just a matter of timing, patience and a bit of luck.

qauss is right. If the company is certain of getting the tower project, the price would have been rm2.00 now. Buying now is higher risk. So we pay lower price. Buying later when they are assured of the project, we will have to pay a higher price but with lowered risk.

Good to listen to people but not to listen to anybody. Pick up the facts and weigh the pros and cons. This counter has alot of potentials. But remember that nothing is for sure. So there is an element of risk. Why this stock is good? Instaco has been in existence for more than 5 years with the Ministry of Finance support at the early days. Now no more. They are specialist in telcom tower projects in Sarawak. Instaco EPS is as good as OCK but their PER is 6 only. OCK ( same industry ) is more than 30. Instaco is only 26 sen but OCK is more than 1.50. Furthermore, there is plenty of room for Instaco to grow/improve. So is the stock price. The Q2 result will be out this month. I am not sure when are they announcing the new projects received and when are they moving to the main board like OCK. Nobody knows. The key is patience and holding power.

Be patient. This time really coming.

First the good news comes out in May 2013 which caused the share price to rise. Then the directors and major share holders sold their shares and warrants. Thereafter, came the bad news for the price to fall until today.

Hope shareholders who are attending the AGM in Kuching read this. Now RHB Research no longer want to cover this stock citing a lack of visibility and re-rating catalysts.Does this mean Instacom refuse to give information or cooperate with RHB who is also Instaco's sponsor?

The AGM is the best forum to clarify matters with the CEO, Chairman, company secretary and directors of Instaco. 1. There was no public announcement for shares sold down by substantial shareholders. This is against the Bursa/KLSE regulation. 2. What is the status of the RM205m project contract? 3. Why did the RHB suddenly comes out with a negative statement saying that there is limited visibility regarding the RM205m contract at the year end 2013. This statement has caused the instaco share price to fall.

Why VT push price down? To collect cheap cheap and then boom up the price when the time is ripe.
