because most of their resolutions are appointment of director and officer. even cannot deny them oso must give them shit.

for me this cliq is gone case already. company main objective is to buy oil field and since they are not buying any, it is better to be frank with investor rather than keep investor from waiting. i used to believe that management will not do stupid things like con investor as they need to keep their good names in the industry. it seems that i am wrong on this one as well. this company might be last job for them before they retire with investor hard earned money.
