If u look into the previous 3 quarters' earnings they were descending progressively thus causing the share price to descend as well. We can actually say that earnings do affect the share price performance even though Bornoil has hinted the project catalysts to develop further. I'm confident the Q4 result will be good given the disposal of the entire GOLD holdings for window dressing purpose making the entire fiscal year to be rounded up better in overall.

Never to back down on Bornoil be it good or bad. Must always have a positive mentality of a winner...more importantly Bornoil has the ongoing catalyst projects waiting to take off in large scale so we're definitely going to reap the rewards later on. If u are trying to argue that the current share price is not cheap for a company having a list of assets that have an edge over others then I would suggest u to look very closely into the fine details.

I'm not interested with the food franchise business but I do understand that it serves to keep the group afloat with good cashflow (cash only business). I've always been eyeing on its mining and energy division namely the existing gold mining, and soon-to-be cement production or limestone supply and the most exciting will be the biofraction vertrolysis plant to produce biochar, biogas and biodiesel.

LuRen, I don't think u can compare Sugarbun with KFC or McD on a head-to-head basis because the food products that they offered are different. Even their chickens are not fried but baked hence broasted as they named it which tends to be healthier with less oil. http://www.sugarbun.com/ Not a big fan but I've to agree that it's different so it's a niche market that they are targeting. To be honest, I don't think burgers from McD in general are that great in taste and texture compared to BurgerKing while KFC's chickens are too oily. Each franchise brand has its own strength and weaknesses or problems. Still it's a personal preference. Don't worry, I believe the company will be doing great because the catalyst projects are actively ongoing.

Need to read their reporting on progress of the 3 pillars of catalysts but I believe they are up to something in 2018. Since recently MD has said they are ramping up expansion of the Sugarbun franchise business so I believe they wanted to grow more on their operating cashflow to sustain the entire group's operations if there would be sluggishness in its mining division. I devise such expectation due to the latest mining report has shown no trading activity of GOLD contracts in February.

Mining report just out yesterday. Just a 1.03807 kg of gold dore produced from its gold mines...not an inspiring number so we'll have to look into Q4 report also due to be released this week. With the disposal of all GOLD contracts last month, I expect them pumping money into most prioritized catalyst projects.

Bornoil has a very promising fundamentals itself based on the progressing catalysts and there is a tendency that its share price could be valued up to 0.27 a piece basing on a full dilution from its company's remaining issued warrants WC/WD and still fairly under a RM 2 billion company by taking advantage of the waived stamp duty for 3 years by Bursa under a specific conditions.

Mother shares: 5,220,127,754 issued shares
WC warrants: 1,734,679,850 issued shares (Expiry: 08-Nov-2025)
WD warrants: 378,683,984 issued shares (Expiry: 29-May-2027)
Total issued shares with full warrants conversion combined: 7,333,491,588

Scenario 1:
RM 2 billion / 7,333,491,588 shares after full dilution = 0.27 a piece (met the conditional RM 2 billion market cap for waived stamp duty)

Scenario 2:
RM 2 billion / 5,220,127,754 shares after full dilution = 0.38 a piece (met the conditional RM 2 billion market cap for waived stamp duty)

Most likely the scenario 2 will happen based on the progress of the cement plant and biofraction plant progress and it should be before the waived stamp duty expiry 3 years later.

One must realize why you're buying into bornoil otherwise you're indeed lack of clarity. If u think that u know why you're buying then my advice to you is to really understand the operations, directions and plans of the company. Besides that, there is a large scope of knowledge that u need to grasp on before u can predict what and when it's going to happen.

To set up a cement plant is truly not as simple or easy but first must get through the political blessing from state leaders and those with vested interests. Money talks and the big boss behind bornoil certainly could make it happen but just a matter of timing. The east coast of Sabah really need a cement plant because it doesn't want to rely on CIS's bulking terminal in LD to supply the cement needs of the entire east coast. Over 3 decades, there had been countless supply disruption from CIS. It's also stupid by having CIS transporting bulks of cement from Sepanggar to LD and from there it distributes to the rest of east coast. Those who understood the specific logistics and details will know what I mean. So this much talked about cement plant by BORNOIL is IMMINENT. It must be done.

MD oversees the entire group's operations not only FF business. I'm not interested with their fast food franchise business but their cement plant and biofraction vertrolysis plant. I see its FF business being nothing more than a cashflow generator. The highest potentials will come from these 2 plants because they are monopolies with steady recurring incomes once they are up. If u are in the construction sector u should know what happens when u have to buy cement from one supplier only...it's like a cartel monopolizing the entire cement sector statewide. Through LSH, it bought one of the largest caterpillar dealership in the world. You will have to look into the mining report due within these 2 weeks before any further commentary.
