Not to worry if u are buying it as ownership. Yes at least we knew that now there is more than 2 million tonnes of non-marble limestone stockpile sitting on site as feedstock for the upcoming cement plant. This will be enough to feed the plant for at least 2 years supply based on a 1 million tonne cement output production. CMSB's mambong plant has the capacity of similar 1 mil tonnes annually and it costs them approximately Rm 200 million to build it back in 2016. With the latest disposal of the entire gold holdings, Bornoil has the financial capacity to fund the construction of the cement plant. The packages of the PanBorneoHighway in the Sabah east coast will not be tendered until this cement plant is commissioned 2 years later hopefully if not earlier.

Jeffreyteck, your TP will mean Bornoil becoming close to a 3.4 billion market cap company. That is still lower than CMSB's current market cap of 4.5 billion considering both are cement monopoly in their respective state.

Bornoil's gold mines still churning out gold production though it's minimal now pending the heap leaching technique project which tends to have higher extraction rate with lower costs.

Those gold holdings are ripe to be sold to reap handsome gains. I would do the same since most of gold contracts were bought before US$1300 level

I can see many are very bullish now based on the progress of the company. I hope to have bought a lot more at cheap last month. Actually it's to my surprise that Bornoil's MD has decided to push forward the expansion of the food franchise division targeting to open up to 40 kiosks of "Broasted by SugarBun". On that, I believe the company has already amassed a big sum of capitals after disposal of the entire gold holdings but we'll still have to see the upcoming monthly mining report which should be due before the Q4 before end of the month. Counting down the days until Q4 results coming.....wakakaka

Sabah state government acquires landowners' lands for any development be it for highway, roads, drainage, etc. will be compensated not only for the existing infrastructures or crops but also the values of the lands mostly below market price of those surrounding lands transacted at the latest valuation. If u appeal, u need to appoint a valuer to prepare paperwork to be submitted to the relevant department for reconsideration.

Be patience! Q4 result should be out by end of this month. Also monthly mining production should be out before Q4 so we can see whether company trade on gold again or not after entire gold holdings disposal. I think the company is near to setting up the cement plant because it has less than 10 months to conclude the plan and announcement.

LYH78, that is incorrect! The upcoming Q4 result will cover all gold mining & trading results from NOVEMBER-2017 to JANUARY-2018. I double confirmed that! U can check if u don't believe. So the disposal of the entire gold holdings will be reflected in the soon to be released Q4FY17. I expect a hefty gain from its mining division to be reflected in balance sheet. This is understandably to be in-line with the plans and progress of Bornoil to start setting up the CEMENT PLANT in Lahad Datu BEFORE the PanBorneoHighway construction packages of the eastern Sabah portion are to be tendered and awarded to interested parties. The construction of the cement plant will be the one and only in Sabah and typically to be constructed under 2 years duration.
