at least does not dilute so much compare to bonus/warrants issuance, and the price is 3.20 if i read correctly? okla..not too low :)

surewin111, if u get it free, u could keep it, because ur cost is 0 (free), even if your cost is 0.10, 0.20 or 0.30, u could potentially gain alot when the mother moves later..just my opinion..
