Quoted from the bloomberg news posted above. It says Salamander has accepted Ophir's offer and that offer comes with a condition of rejecting the transaction with Sona. Now that SC has approved, it still doesnt confirm that Sona able to complete the transaction. On what ground that Sona's share price will increase tmr? failed acquisition? Im getting more confused when I read the forum.

Sona is SPAC, specially incoporated to acquire QA. This deal has been going on for some time, and thats the reason of the price increase. Without this, I dont think the price will go back 50cents, may drop back to IPO price unless they have backup plan on other acquisitions or negotiate with Ophir now. any expert out there? kindly comment on the outlook of Sona. thanks.

During this time, people's emotion and mentality override the fundamentals. Heartache but no choice, faster sell and cut loss better than lose more. That day increased 4% a day is quite happy. Thinking not increasing too much in a day can be steady. But today dropped more than 5% half a day. Regret yesterday didint sell. Today just close eyes n sell only. Hopefully can buy back cheaper next week.

I think ipo price is about RM2.24. Remembered I had some in 2012 then it dropped to 1.90+ just after ipo, also because of oil price dip. commodities prices such as oil price are cyclical. It goes down today and will rebound in the future. Share market this week will be red but it is also an opportunity to pick up good fundamental stocks. TSH is giving out bonus issue too :)

I see calvintaneng comments in BJ corp which is reasonable because he has been promoting it for a long time but why here in TSH? Investor can diversify and these two shares dont seem to be correlated. Not necessary to switch and buy.
