IWH for sure will use IWcity to back door listing in order to gather working capital. Just don’t know will involve Ekovest or not.

BDO said Ekovest’s fair value is around 4.00 before taking into account DUKE 2A. Why you all not happy?

Cash option is unfair because the fair value of IWC share worth 3.06. But share exchange is fair because Ekovest share is a premium of 26% to 33% of IWC share. Means Ekovest share’s fair value is RM3.86(3.06X1.26) to RM4.07 (3,06X1.33). Huat lor! Hahaha!
